Tower of Babel

Now that I've finished my novel The Rosary Bracelet, I'm thinking of starting a new novel Tower Of Babel. This is actually an old idea I've had since 1999. I just get stuck every time I work on it. It could be a prequel to The Rosary Bracelet, although I don't think that novel left much room for a prequel. Tower Of Babel would require a whole new set of characters.

Tower of Babel will be about man's envy of God and lust to become God through science and technology. I will make it no secret why I write so much about the Lord and how I don't exactly put science and technology in a good light. A long time ago when I was a boy I thought to myself, "If I could learn all the laws of science, then I could become God." My thought smacked of the serpent in the Garden of Eden, and I cast it out immediately.

Most of all, people used science and technology to persecute me. If you read Shield of Faith long enough, you'll see the spiritual experiences I had. People, especially psychiatrists and psychologists, dismissed my supernatural experiences based on the premise that there is no God, just too many neurotransmitters in my brain. "God could not have talked to you because there is no God," was their mantra.

In general, I see people lust for more science and technology because it gives them a feeling of power over the universe. Thus Tower of Babel will show how such an envy of God ultimately is doomed to failure. I'll give a little hint. There exists within physics itself a weakness in science, and if certain technologies are developed based on that weakness, civilization itself will collapse. This is not just fiction. I am researching this weakness in science. Hence the name Tower Of Babel.

RFID Technology - The Mark of the Beast

To the unwary RFID tags may seem to be a convenience. RFID is short for Radio Frequency Identification. Pet owners already embed into the bodies of their cats and dogs the tiny RFID chips or tags. When the pet owner loses his or her pet, the animal can be identified by the radio frequency signal the RFID chip emits. Another person, such as a veterinarian or an animal control officer, can use a chip reader to read the number unique to the pet to identify it and its owner.

The process of RFID identification consists of three steps:

(1) An RFID reader emits a magnetic fieldd or radio - frequency energy wave.

(2) The reader's signal activates and powers the tiny RFID chip. The chip transmits a unique identification number or code.

(3) The reader receives the unique number or code, which corresponds to a record in a database. The record contains information unique to the host, in this case a pet, carrying the RFID chip.

A sample record for a pet could read as follows:

Control number: 333-21-0137
Name: Fluffy
Pet Type: Cat
Owner: Ben Smith
Address: 6161 West Charleston Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89146
Phone: (702) 486-6000

Here the RFID chip merely transmits the to the reader the control number 333-21-0137, which has access to a pet database.

World governments, including the United States, could likewise soon use RFID chips to track, command, and control their citizens. Already RFID chips are being used in passports, driver's licenses, and in school ID cards. China already uses national ID cards that contain a person's personal information such as:

(1) medical records

(2) religion

(3) ethnicity

(4) name and phone number of landlord

With RFID technology in place and a movement toward national ID cards such as the Chinese government's, soon world governments will pass laws requiring identification officials to embed the RFID chip into the bodies of all people within their borders.

An American, for example, will not be able to buy or sell goods and services without the government issued RFID national identification card. Such an RFID national ID card would also serve as a Smart debit and credit card. It would also link the person to databases containing his or her medical records, credit history, educational history, criminal record, etc. All information about a person will be linked to the unique number encoded in the RFID chip embedded in the person's body. The most likely parts of the body for implantation would be a person's hand or forehead.

The RFID chip, which world governments would impose, is identical to the Mark of the Beast described in the Book of Revelation. "It forced all the people, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to be given a stamped image on their right hand or foreheads, so that no one could buy or sell except one who had the stamped image of the beast's name or the number that stood for its name." (Revelation 13:16)

The Beast is clever and has read the Bible. He or she would never overtly impose that people get embedded with RFID implants. The evolution of the acceptance of the bodily RFID chip or Mark of the Beast will be slow and piecemeal. The process will come in stages:

(1) Financial institutions and governments will issue RFID-enabled Smart Cards. These Smart Cards will intiallly serve as ID cards, debit cards, and credit cards all in one.

(2) The Smart Card will gain more functionality also functioning as medical insurance and history cards, library cards, etc.

(3) Rising theft of Smart Cards and calls for greater security from the public will lead to the emergence of bodily issued Smart Chips, the RFID chip in the hand or forehead.

The bodily issued RFID chips or Smart Chips will seem like a blessing of convenience at first. The consumer no longer will have to fumble around his or her wallet or purse for different cards. He or she can simply wave his or her hand by an RFID reader to process any transaction. However, the Beast will use the RFID as a tool of enslavement.

A marked person will be unable to access the Internet, bank accounts, apply for a job, hold a job, etc. unless he or she does what the Beast orders. Persons without the mark wil have a difficult time functioning in a world with people carrying the Mark of the Beast, or RFID chip. Such is the price for keeping one's soul. Ultimately unmarked people will keep their freedom when the Beast reveals his true nature and real agenda.

With the Mark of the Beast, or RFID chip in their bodies, marked people are subject to the Beast's commands to worship him and his abominations. The Beast will be able to use electronic means to control a marked person's mind. Such people, he or she will compel to worship his master, Lucifer.

Every God fearing Christian should resist the RFID movement. Resistance is as simple as paying in cash. Above all do not have the RFID chip embedded in your body, not matter how much convenience its promoters promise. Salvation is not easy in a technology dominated world. Jesus Christ promises that those who refuse the Mark of the Beast will win the Crown of Life.

Just an observation

It's been almost a decade since September 11. Everyone knows the story of 9/11 or 911, which you call for emergencies. Has anyone else seen this pattern? September 11, 2001 or 9/11/2001 has this pattern:

9 = 3 + 3 + 3, The number of the Christian Trinity (Father, Son, Holy Spirit) added to itself 3 times.

11, Which also is eleven in decimal, but in when you take the same digits in binary, 11 represents 3.

2001, When you add the digits in the year of September 11, 2001, you also get 3, the Trinity Number.

Thus the pattern behind September 11, 2001 or 9/11/2001 is 3/3/3, again the number of the Christian Trinity 3 times. Did Osama bin Laden know this when he picked the date for the attacks on New York City and Washington, DC? Did God pick this date as some form of chastisement against a nation gone astray? Then again, maybe it was just an incredible coincidence.

The Idea Well

I established this blog to test ideas for articles, short stories, and books, and other publications. Currently, I'm working on a memoir Shield of Faith and a novel The Rosary Bracelet. I will post ideas or even complete works like short stories or rough drafts of articles I hope to publish in print media.

Just for starters, some of the works in the pipeline are How To Survive A Mental Hospital, which can be both an article and book. Another project I'm considering is Wage Slavery, The Conspiracy To Keep You In Debt. This book will explore the possibility of a Wage Master, a person or people who control how much you earn and how much it costs you to live. Unfortunately for a lot of people, their wages are not enough to pay the cost of living. Hence they fall into wage slavery. Do we really live in a free market economy? Someone profits from Americans falling into debt, and that someone wants you in debt.

The idea for this book comes from my own contradictory experience with the American employment system. I'll admit I don't have another point of reference, but let's ignore that for now. For many years, I lived off disability from the Social Security Administration. My only debt was student loans, which I managed to pay with my disability check.

Then one day, the United States Patent and Trademark Office hired me as a Patent Examiner. They gave me the highest salary I'd ever been offered. So I moved from Las Vegas, Nevada to Washington, DC (Alexandria, Virginia to be exact). Basically, I spent all my money on expenses like rent, groceries, and medications. Since I was no longer living with my parents, my expenses skyrocketed.

Furthermore the job of Patent Examiner was horrible. It was like working at a Burger King for geniuses. We had a quota to fill for patent applications prosecuted. The management threatened me to speed up my production or else. Basically, the job was so stressful, I was certain I was headed for a mental hospital. I resigned about five to six months into the job.

In the end, my debt had also skyrocketed 300%. I had less debt before I had a job, and it was manageable. What explains this paradox? Go to work, get into more debt. Thus I suspected that there exists a conscious effort, by perhaps somebody with a PC, to control the economy from your wages and cost of living to the Dow Jones Industrial Average. With the click of a mouse button, this Wage Master controls your financial destiny.

I'll admit I'm not an economist, but perhaps this project is a chance to learn economics, something I never studied at all in college. I was too busy with trying to understand things like fine-structure splitting in hydrogen atoms.
